Shipping Policy

At Luna Scroll, we take pride in delivering our handcrafted, artisanal home decor directly to your doorstep. We work closely with our global artisans to ensure each piece is handled with care.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timelines

We offer shipping across Canada, United States of America, United Kingdom, and Australia. Our current estimated delivery window is:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–17 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your artisanal pieces as they make their way to your home. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. P.O. Boxes & Remote Areas

Please note that due to the nature of our handcrafted items and the couriers we use, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Customers in remote regions or the Canadian Territories may experience slightly longer delivery times.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Luna Scroll is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at binyamdawit17@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
